The proposed financial calendar of Pelikan International Corporation Berhad for year 2010 is as below:

February 25	Audit Committee Board	Review and approve of financial results for the 4th quarter ended 31-12-2009.
April 29	Audit Committee Board Remuneration Nomination	Approve the Audited Financial Statements for year ended 31-12-2009 prepared by the Auditor Ong Boon Bah & Co. Review of statements and reports to be included in the Annual Report 2009. Review the remuneration package of Executive Directors for year 2010. Review the composition of the Board of Directors.
May 25	Audit Commitee Board	Review of financial results for the 1st quarter ended 31-03-2010.
June 21	28th AGM	Receive the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31-12-2009. Re-appointment of External Auditors.
August 25	Audit Committee Board	Review and approve of financial results for the 2nd quarter ended 30-06-2010.
November 24	Audit Committee Board	• Review of financial results for the 3rd quarter ended 30-09-2009. • Presentation of Audit Plan for year 2010. • Discussion of proposed meetings calendar for year 2011.
