General information

Process technicians perform their duties at the moulding machines in the production halls.

Duration:	3 years ( can be shortened to 2 1/2 years)
Dual apprenticeship:	Apprenticeship both within the company as in a job specific training academy.

Tasks are as follows:

The main task is the implementation of moulding tools as the monitoring of the machines during manufacturing procedures and quality control of the injection moulds.

Requirements

A successful candidate should:

have a secondary school qualification
Possess Good handcraft skills
be interested in science
be a team player

Apprenticeship plan

The programme begins with

Work safety and environmental protection
Introduction regarding job specific basic knowledge
Proper usage of workshop facilities, tools, different materials as courses in simple handcraft and technical work in a apprenticeship workshop.

Continuation

Gather more job specific knowledge and basics regarding injection moulding in a workshop.

Introduction seminars for new apprenticess
Project work (e.g. editing our apprentice homepage)
Seminars
Courses (e.g. on subjects such as tariff and work law, structure and organisation of the company you work in and environmental protection)
