I have returned to using a fountain pen.

One day I threw my typewriter furiously into a corner just because I always typed "druch" instead of "durch" and "Brat" instead of "Bart". I couldn`t get used to the PC and returned to using a fountain pen. All of my books, from "Billy Wilder" to "Mein Kino", "Go West", "hand in handy", and all of my newspaper articles for over 12 years were written by hand - of course a privilege! I write, whenever possible, with purple ink and green striped Pelikan - just as I am doing now. It's a good feeling - especially when I am inspired: reputable tradition with a touch of nostalgia.
