The creamy consistence will prevent colors from spreading on or seeping through the fabric, or soaking the fabric.

For fine lines and details, Pelikan offers textile pens in matching colors, and the practical textile paint contour pen for
transferring motifs.

Tips:
| · | Before you start: Clothing or fabrics must be free of finishing or starch – please wash before painting. |
| · | Stretch elastic tissues lightly and fix on a cardboard with pins – to make sure nothing will slip. |
| · | Foam rubber or folded cardboard will make good stamps. |
| · | Motifs can be transferred by ironing. Place transparent paper of the motif, paint the contours with the contour pen.Place the colored side of the paper on the fabric and iron over. |
| · | Tip for fixing: Let the colors dry thoroughly after painting, then iron the fabric on the inside – without steam – at maximum ironing temperature. Then, the „normal shades“ will be fixed up to 60 °C, metallic and glitter shades are fixed up to 40 °C wash-proof and light-fast. Alternative: „Normal shades“ can be fixed in the oven, leave for 30 minutes at 50 °C. |
