Distinguished elegance
The M1005 Demonstrator has been awarded "Le grand trophée du Stylographe 2012" in
France
The Special Edition Demonstrator M1005 from Pelikan has been chosen as one of the world's most beautiful writing instrument in the 16th November 2011 issue of "Stylographe", the specialist French pen magazine. The jury of vendors and a selection of writing instrument enthusiasts honoured the exclusive fountain-pen from the Pelikan company with the great distinction of "Le grand trophée du Stylographe 2012".
The unique Demonstrator M1005 piston fountain-pen provides a clearly transparent view
of its inner workings. For particularly technically-minded handwriting enthusiasts,
this special series shows a great love of detail: all inner components of this technical
wonder are visible.
The nib is made from 18-carat gold and is completely coated with rhodium, giving the impression of a silver-plated nib. The clip and rings are made from noble metal and then palladium-plated. The manufacture of the transparent casing requires almost clinical clean-room conditions, so that no coloured particles come into contact with the clear transparent material.
Reliable functionality and elegant design make this another handwriting masterpiece from Pelikan.
