1. Use of personal data

All personal data stored and processed by us will be done so in accordance with the respective German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

The information provided to us helps us to tailor and continually improve our services and products according to your individual needs. The data primarily serves to grant you access to our instructors’ portal (e.g. registration, downloading brochures). Additionally, we will use your personal data to process orders, deliver products, for payment procedures, as well as to inform you about the status of your orders, our products, services and offers.

2. Transfer of personal data to third parties

We will not pass on your personal data, including your address and email address, to third parties without your prior consent, which can be revoked at any time.

Data (e.g. your address) will be passed on to third parties only to the extent required to fulfill specific transactions (e.g. to ship products or advertising materials from our shop). The data recipient is permitted to use the data thus received only to fulfill the specific task. Any other use of the data by the third party is not permitted.

3. Security

We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from intentional or unintentional manipulation, access by unauthorized third parties, loss, destruction or change.

4. Cookies

We will set so-called session ID cookies for registered users who have set their browser to accept cookies. These cookies allow you to remain logged in for the length of a session. They are deleted as soon as the browser is closed. In case of unregistered users, no personal data is required and only a so-called session ID cookie is set. This cookie is also deleted immediately upon closing the browser.

6.Use of Facebook Social Plug ins

This website uses so called Social Plug ins ("Plug ins") of the social network Facebook, which is run by the company Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins either feature the Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plugin of Facebook" or, respectively, "Facebook Social Plug in". By calling up a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser will automatically build up a direct connection to the Facebook server. The content of the plugin will be transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser. Facebook will then integrate it into your website.

By integrating the plugin, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged on to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) will be transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the U.S. and will be saved there.
