Plan your free time
Even your child's free time should be filled with healthy activities that develop
both the body and mind. Sporting activities can help your child to reduce possible
aggression which in return strengthens the ability to concentrate. Club activities
are very good for children, although it is very important that the child does not
get too pressured. Take the time to help your child plan his or her daily routine.
This will help your child to learn the importance of dealing with chores and how to
plan his or her free time properly.
Children should not be exposed to too much television on a daily basis. Limiting the
time spent in front of the television can make it more interesting for the child.
Watch the programmes with your child and help him or her by discussing things that
were not understood. This will help you to realise and decide which programmes are
more suitable for your child.
