Wire wool, moss and PLAKA paint: It's that easy to make a stone head!

This is what you need:
large pear-shaped and smaller oblong stones and perhaps round ones for ears; moss, Pelikan PLAKA in the shades white, black, signal red; PLAKA Lack in blue; brushes (sizes 2-3); wire wool, brass wire, pliers and adhesives.

Here's how:
Decide how you are going to put the stones together to create the faces. You may find the following points helpful: Should the heads have ears? Is a nose important? How about hair or a moustache? Once you have a plan, stick the stones together, using the smaller stones as ears and noses. The glasses are formed from the brass wire and then fastened to the ears. The most important feature is the facial expression. This is created using a fine brush and Plaka. The eyes appear livelier when the iris is underlined in white; black spots alone make a bleak impression. Finally paint the mouth with a fine brush. This will definitely reveal what is going on in your stone head.
