Collage (Change of perspective)

Info:
With this technique, two pictures are combined with each other that, at first sight, do not seem to fit together. Our first picture shows the cockpit of a vehicle, on the second one, two people are standing at the beach with binoculars. Now, in the first picture, one image is supposed to be substituted by another. We have chosen to use the tachometer of picture 1.
Maculation paper

Compilation of the material for a self-made collage: Pelifix glue stick, a pair of scissors and two commercial ads.

The picture detail has been determined.

1. Creating a picture detail

In our collage, we would like to replace the tachometer by a different one. The particular part is marked in red. Now, carefully cut out the tachometer with a pair of nail scissors.

2. Determining the image detail

With the help of the first picture, a new picture detail is chosen. For this purpose, set the hole that has been made over the second picture and mark the respective place with a pencil.

A new image detail is looked for by shifting.

3. Gluing the image detail

In order to glue in the new picture, the first picture (cockpit) is turned over, in this case the green surface. With the help of the red maculation, glue is applied to the edge of the item.

4. Completing the Collage

Finally, turn the picture around and cut off the overhanging edges. This way a collage is easily made.
